The most important factors to quality: well-defined and clearly understood product specifications, properly functioning factory equipment, effective factory manufacturing system and procedures, qualified factory personnels/management and the use of quality components. However, they are impossible to be monitored from 10,000 miles away.
We can assure the implementation of quality control procedures and perform quality inspections. Depending upon the circumstances, we will:
1) Monitor the factory's incoming inspection and testing for key components to ensure you receive what you expect(quality, specification, etc.)
2) Evaluate factory personnel, systems, cleanliness, etc. to insure a proper assembly environment.
3) Perform quality control testing of the finished product before and after it is packed, according to your quality criteria.
4) Check lab testing reports and documents to ensure they meet the necessary requirements and standards.

-ON TIME DELIVERY   Are you always concerned about achieving on-time delivery?
On-Time Delivery is all about monitoring the factory's entire production process. Beginning with confirmation of giving component factories sufficient lead times by the Delivery Date

stated on the Purchase Order.  Nest, it is essential to check that all components were in place, passed factory's internal inspection and were put into production. Finally, we monitor the

production yields and scheduling to ensure that your product is built right and on time.

- PRICING    Are you frequently subject to unanticipated price fluctuations?
The best price is achieved with you know the cost of components in your product and you can knowledgeably evaluate the labor needed for the assembly. After adding a reasonable

yield loss and assembly profit, you then know the real product manufacturing cost. This system of breaking-down the product costs enables us to verify you are paying the correct price.

Additionally, we will negotiate contract in U.S. dollars and ensure price continuity over a certain period of time.
 
- CUSTOM DUTY     Are you certain that you are paying the lowest possible customs duty?
Custom regulations in most countries are complex and confusing. Often a product my be classified in more than one classification. When a proper analysis is done, the result can

change an item from a higher duty to a lower duty or even duty-free. We will analyze you classifications to make sure that you are paying the lowest legal duty.

- FREIGHT
The freight cost to get your product from one place to another can vary substantially from broker to broker. Why? Because freight rates are dependent on many factors besides just the

weight and destination. For example, shippers can classify your load according to actual weight and "dim" or dimensional weight, and sometimes it results into different freight rates.

Sometimes it's possible to negotiate a dimensional discount, or make a "Co-loading", both could be possible to save your money on freight. In addition, by allowing a trans-shipment

with little or no delays, can also possibly save further. Our know-how on this often-overlooked area can save you significant money.
